We will be following all the guidelines put forth by the State Office of Childcare and Baltimore County Rec & Parks.
We are so very excited to be planning another wonderful, safe and healthy Tots year with your 3 year olds!!
- Only 3s class will now run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 12 NOON. (time change). All children must be potty trained.
- This will help with the parking and Elementary School start time.
- Children must be potty-trained. Pull-ups are not encouraged, child must be in regular underwear by December.
- ALL FEES and TUITION are NON-REFUNDABLE

About the Program
Pine Grove Tots is a structured "learning through play" program. We teach socialization skills, problem solving, and school readiness in a safe and fun-filled environment using crafts, music, stories, and play time. All parents/caregivers(18 years old and up) are required by Baltimore County Rec & Parks to have a background check. This is provided free of charge and must be completed by September 1st of current year.
Pine Grove Tots is licensed by the State of Maryland's Child Care Administration. Teachers and substitutes are certified by the State of Maryland and have completed CPR and First Aid training.

Classes run September - through May and are limited to 10 students.
No transportation is provided.

3-YEAR-OLD CLASS (10 tots) (M- W- F ) 9:30 AM - 12 Noon
Tuition: All Fees and TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

3s class meets on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays -- 9:30 AM-12 Noon
Child must be THREE on or before September 1, 2023 and potty-trained. ( Children born after Sept 1st may be
considered for acceptance on a case by case basis and MUST REPEAT the 3s)
Payment schedule:
At registration -- $40 App fee + $60 Supply fee.
(3 payments -- $1150)
- First tuition payment due July 15th, 2023 --------$385.00
- Second tuition payment due August 15th 2023 ---------$385.00
- Third tuition payment due September 11th 2023 -----------$380.00

To register your child, please complete an on-line registration/account . We are using Stone Alley (stonealley.com), some of you may be familar with them for other Parkville Rec programs.

The $40.00 registration fee & $60 Supply fee and Tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable. You will be notified by email of your child's acceptance. If the class is full when your application is received, you will be contacted about placing your child on a waiting list.
If your child is accepted into the program, his/her place will not be held if the first payment is not received by July 15th.
